Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy novels written by British author, J. K. Rowling, and following along the adventures of Harry Potter and his years at the wizarding school of Hogwarts. It is currently one of the best-selling franchises of all time, and has become a huge part of pop-culture internationally.
Though unofficial, the James Potter series succeeds the books and is not written by Rowling, but by G. Norman Lippert.
